US Army question, anyone?

i been in the army for a few years (7) and i hurted my back...i been on 4 deployments and im currently in afghanistan. i have paperwork that says that i was not supposed to be deployed, yet, this unit decided to deploy me anyways, so here i am. I been asking the PA to see an orthopedic doctor our here, which we have them, the PA put in a refferal but the unit, told me flat, that i was going nowhere...so, since i deployed, i been hurting real bad, this unit had asked me to "suck it up" but they dont realize, that i've "suck it up last year" in order for me to deploy to afghanistan. So now that im asking for help because i am hurt and i have paperwork from doctors that I AM hurt, the unit wont send me to ortho at all...what can i do about it? There is no IG in this camp at all.
