How to dress for Punk Island?

I'm going to Punk Island this month with some friends. It's going to be hot so I'm wearing black cargo shorts. What other things should I wear? How should I do my hair? Makeup? I don't want to go all out. My friend is shaving the sides of her head for a mo hawk and she's gonna dye it different colors. I'm probably going to dye my hair black. Thanks.
