Do schooling fish need the same kind?

What size tank do u have?? Any community fish danios,tetras, platys,mollys ect. Need to be in schools. The more u have of one kind the more comfortablr they r and will display natural behaviors which is interesting to watch. If u havr a big tank ie 55 and up u could keep maybe two different types of schools at close to twenty each school. In the wild many of thesr fishes would form shoals, groups of thousands of individuals. Do research on any individual fish u may want to keep them as healthy as possible. To answer ur question the danios probably wont school with the white clouds.
