HELP! how to get my house cleaned up fast?

okay i need to clean up the entire house up fast!!! what rooms should i do first? what order? what do i clean in each room first in order? help please!! im 12 and i really want a puppy!! i already have 2 dogs but there big so the one im getting is small so i need the house clean because i have to keep it inside so that it doesnt get killed by the big dogs. so the house needs to be clean because it will be inside.
