Help moving tanks please? ?

I've just bought a 15gal tank with a fluval u2 filter. Both are brand new and I want to move my white cloud minnows and goldfish from my 5 gallon to this brand new 15g. How do i do this without re-cyling the tank. They need to be moved straight away because the 15g is going where the 5g is now. Thanks in advance
