How long is this going to take?

Ok so I ordered Luxy hair extensions and they shipped on June 7th and said I would get them June 9th - June 14th. Well I have looked around and these people from california are getting them in 2 days! It's been 3 days for me and I'm in Arkansas! That's a shorter distance from california! Why is it taking so long!!?? It doesn't make sense!
