I am about to be generally discharged from the navy, possibly with a Re-4, is it possible for me to go army?

it's a general discharge (under honorable conditions), i received a dui and went to NJP for an article 111 2 years ago and went to mast a second time for disobeying an order. Is there any way for me to go green if i receive a Re-4 code?
