What kind of fish food should I put in my pond to make b grow?

I have plenty of blue gills and minnows for b to feed on but the b haven't grown any bigger then 12-13 inches. I also want to fatten up the catfish. I harvest quite a few blue gill out every spring hoping it will help the bass population. I've seen an increase in amount of bass but little growth in size.
