What kind of fish is best for my situation?

I have a turtle tank with no filter. It's about a 10-15 gallon. The turtle is 1 1/4 inch long and we have 4 b minnows in it. There is algea growing and I need to know what algae eating fish would be the best for me. Thanks. =)
