How do i get rid of dark circles?

I am desperate for an answer. I have bought cremes even am tempted to order hydrolyze. I actually have it in my shopping cart on Amazon right now. I have been looking it to it and apparently it doesn't work. Does anyone have a solution? I am 17 years old and have had them for years. I think it is because of allergies but I take medicine. I really want these circles to go away before my senior year. I am not interested in cover up since I do not wear make up at all. Please help!
