Whats wrong with my tiger oscar?

I used to have 3 tiger oscars but now I only have one she hides if the light is on or if I am in my room I have her in a 55 gallon tank I have had her for almost 7 months now I feed her frozen bloodworms and dried bloodworms in the a.m and dried bloodworms in the evening and frozen bloodworms and dried bloodworms at night. And occasionly live minnows her tank is fine it is decorated for an oscar I have two filters in the tank the temperture is correct what am I doing wrong she just sits in her cave all day and night
